Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,878 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: North Carolina Respiratory License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP, ACCS preferred Description: This position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Respiratory Services department. The facility is a large hospital licensed for 815 beds. The hospital has been recognized as one of the top hospitals in the nation for clinical quality. It has received recognition for patient safety and nursing excellence. It serves as a referral center for trauma and stroke care, among other services. The role involves working in a busy environment with a wide range of equipment. Typical patient ratios range from 10 to 25 patients per therapist. Respiratory tasks and functions will be performed. Flexibility to work varying weekends is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set and be a good team player.
