Job Description Chief Gastroenterologist opening in North
Carolina Full-time, EmployedSeeking a board-certified
Gastroenterologist to lead their growing practice. * Located in
Greenville, NC - Raleigh 86m* Serve as Chief of the Division of
Gastroenterology at School of Medicine and as the Service Line
Executive Director-Metabolic and Digestive. * Ideal candidate will
have a desire to foster a collaborative teaching and research
environment between fellows and faculty and have a proven record of
clinical leadership.* Lead an active GI service inclusive of an
outpatient clinic, ASC, inpatient endoscopy suite, and will assist
with oversight of regional gastroenterology services* Competitive

experienced gastroenterologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners* State of
the art outpatient endoscopy center and newly renovated inpatient
GI lab inclusive of 3 interventional rooms and 20 pre and post
procedure bays* Inpatient support by GI hospitalist program*
Opportunity to participate and lead recruitment efforts, quality
initiatives, strategic growth, and provider development* Protected
weekly procedure days* Procedures will include general
gastroenterology cases with support from three advanced
endoscopists* Ability to teach and to be supported by the
Gastroenterology Fellowship program that includes 6 fellows as well
as residents* Full motility study programGreenville is a
