newly graduated Registered Nurses into the clinical environment.
This program ensures you receive the necessary guidance, resources
and experiences required to excel in a professional healthcare
setting. As a part of our team, you will contribute to our mission
of caring for and improving human life by delivering high-quality
patient care to those in need. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
HCA Healthcare. Participate in patient and family health education
with a compassionate and effective approach. Collaborate with
experienced nursing staff and supportive management to learn the
best practices in patient care. Demonstrate the ability to make
critical decisions that align with patient safety and care
standards. Engage in opportunities to participate in area-specific
clinical learning and on-the-job training. Strong clinical judgment
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and familiar
with healthcare software. Ability to work effectively within a team
setting. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments. Medical

Must have passed the NCLEX-RN exam. Current Registered Nurse
license in the state of practice. CPR certification required or
must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
