In this dynamic role, you will work in state-of-the-art surgical environments across our extensive network of facilities, providing critical care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position requires a high level of proficiency in surgical procedures, patient care, and teamwork to ensure that high standards of care are met in the demanding OR setting. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary tools and materials. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust specialized equipment during surgery. Administer and assess the effectiveness of anaesthesia and medications during surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, ensuring they understand all discharge instructions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care. Proficiency in managing sterile environments and surgical tools. Expertise in monitoring patient vital signs and critical thinking to make swift decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and anesthesiology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
