Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS NIHSS BLS Must-Have: ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience At least 1 travel assignment prior Description: We are excited to announce the opening of a new facility. This new hospital features 30 patient beds, three operating rooms, dedicated endoscopy and radiology spaces, and a 17-bed emergency department with two trauma bays. The state-of-the-art facility provides larger, more spacious patient rooms designed for comfort. The hospital is a full-service, critical access institution, offering outpatient services including a wound clinic, a full laboratory, digital mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and therapy services. The facility has been recognized for its acute stroke readiness and various quality awards from respected organizations. The unit typically includes 4-5 registered nurses on the night shift, with patient ratios of 6:1, occasionally 7:1, and step down patients at 4:1.
