HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Free Standing Emergency Department. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of healthcare services. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans Administer nursing care to ill, injured or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate patient medical records and report any variance in patient's condition to relevant healthcare professionals Participate in educational opportunities to update nursing knowledge and skills Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in medical software and EHR systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent PALS certification preferred
