Job Description:

Free Standing Emergency Room team. In this role, you will deliver
exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment that demands

well-being of their community. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Monitor patient condition, document
patient care provided, and respond to variations in patient’s
health. Administer medications and treatments with knowledge of the
purpose and adverse effects. Maintain a comprehensive understanding
of emergency procedures and respond swiftly and effectively to
medical crises. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan
and evaluate patient care. Exceptional clinical skills with the
ability to manage multiple high acuity patients Strong
decision-making and problem-solving abilities Effective
communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse license in the state of hire Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
