You will collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare providers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and resources to administer treatments, manage patient recovery, and support family needs with empathy and expertise. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide dialysis therapy Educate patients and families about treatment strategies and healthcare management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental objectives Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Knowledge of renal care protocols and dialysis management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively within a team High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) is a plus
