Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered
Nurse to join our Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) team.
As a pivotal member of our healthcare staff, the NSICU nurse will
focus on providing high-level care tailored to patients recovering
from serious neurological conditions, including post-operative care
for brain and spinal surgery. Working with HCA Healthcare, you will

Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients with
neurological disorders. Monitor patients' vital signs, manage
ventilators and other life-supporting equipment. Administer and
manage medications according to physician instructions. Collaborate
with neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize
patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on condition
management and recovery expectations. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Expertise
in neurological assessment techniques Proficiency in using advanced
medical equipment Ability to handle high-stress situations Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Certification in Critical Care
Nursing (CCRN) specialized in Neurology is preferred but not
required.
