Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse for our Inpatient Hospice GIP (General Inpatient Care) unit.
This role is pivotal in providing top-tier, empathetic care for
patients in the final stages of life. Located in supportive,
patient-focused facilities, our nurses play a critical role in our
mission to improve human life. This position involves working
closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to
ensure comprehensive end-of-life care while upholding the high
standards of HCA Healthcare. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with the patient’s care plan Collaboratively work with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams Support patient and family
emotional and psychological needs Administer medications and
monitor patient conditions regularly Document patient care services
and adjust care plans as necessary Strong clinical skills in
hospice or palliative care Excellent communication and empathy
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals Capable of
high stress and emotionally charged situations Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certified
Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
