This highly specialized role focuses on caring for newborns with a variety of conditions ranging from prematurity to complex abnormalities. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support for our smallest patients and their families. Provide specialized nursing care to neonates with critical health conditions. Assess patients' health conditions and develop individual nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care. Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding care plans and health education. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs consistently. Proven ability in neonatal nursing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform under stressful conditions Proficiency with NICU equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS and NRP certification required CPN or RNC-NIC certification preferred
