Cardiology Stepdown unit. This specialized role focuses on the
treatment and monitoring of cardiology patients who require
stepdown care following intensive treatment. By joining our

across our widespread facilities. This position requires excellent
patient management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, and adherence to HCA Healthcare's high standards of
care. Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any
changes, enabling timely interventions. Administer medications,
document therapy actions and patient responses. Teach patients and
families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care
skills. Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient
progress. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize
patient care plans. Strong clinical skills in cardiac care. Ability
to operate cardiac monitoring technology. Proficient in handling
emergencies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification.
