Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN
Manager to lead our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of
exceptional care while adhering to the highest standards of safety
and efficiency. As an RN Manager at one of the nation's leading
healthcare providers, you will play a critical role in our mission
to improve human life by overseeing daily operations, staff
development, and patient care initiatives across our dynamic care
sites. Manage and oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of
the facility. Develop and implement nursing department policies and
objectives. Ensure all patient care activities are compliant with
regulatory and safety standards. Monitor and optimize staffing
levels to maintain quality of care. Conduct performance reviews and
facilitate staff development and training. Coordinate with other
managers and medical staff to enhance patient care integration.
Address and resolve any issues related to patient care or staff
performance. Leadership and management abilities Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare
management systems Ability to handle high-stress environments
Critical thinking and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental
