Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites skilled Registered Nurses to join our
dedicated Medical Cardiology Stepdown unit, providing top-tier
patient care and improving recovery outcomes. This role requires
advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced environment, focusing on
patients stepping down from intensive care with cardiac conditions.
Nurses will interact closely with cardiology specialists,
contributing to treatment plans and patient assessments, aimed at
delivering the highest standards of healthcare services. Monitor
and assess patient condition in the Cardiology Stepdown unit.
Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to execute patient care
plans. Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
expectations. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations. Proficiency in cardiovascular care and telemetry.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Clinical skills with a focus on patient
care and safety. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
