Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator
for our Progressive Care Unit to oversee the provision of
specialized health care. You will work in a dynamic environment
coordinating nursing operations, enhancing patient care, and
ensuring adherence to protocols. This role is pivotal in supporting
our commitment to top-notch healthcare services and takes on the
responsibility of mentoring staff, overseeing patient care, and
collaborating across departments. Oversee day-to-day operations
within the Progressive Care Unit ensuring quality and standards
meet patient needs. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and
ongoing training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to ensure patient-centered care. Implement and monitor
adherence to healthcare policies and procedures. Contribute to the
development and review of departmental performance goals.
Participate in clinical audit processes. Advanced nursing skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of health
care policies and regulations Ability to handle high-stress
