Provide critical care to pediatric patients and support to their
families Administer medications, maintain patient records, and
monitor vital signs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
formulate care plans Educate parents and guardians about patient
status and ongoing needs Maintain a compassionate environment by
providing emotional support Ensure adherence to all hospital and
departmental safety protocols Advanced knowledge of pediatric
healthcare Proficiency in pediatric emergency care Strong ability
to operate all relevant medical equipment Exceptional interpersonal
and communication skills Capability to handle stressful and
emotional situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) certification Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN)
