Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in our
West Unit, where you will play a crucial role in delivering

lives. Assess patient condition and plan appropriate nursing care.
Document all patient interactions and treatment actions. Adhere to
all nursing and hospital care standards. Collaborate with
psychiatric team to tailor individual care plans. Administer
medications and monitor for side-effects. Provide emotional support
and counseling to patients and their families. Strong psychiatric
nursing competencies. Excellent communication and empathetic
skills. Ability to manage stress and react effectively in emergency
situations. Knowledge of psychiatric medication and effects.
Skilled in documentation tools and patient management systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC) preferred.
