In this vital role, you will provide critical care to patients with severe cardiac conditions, offering supportive treatments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications. This position requires a deep understanding of cardiac care, the ability to react quickly under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in upholding our mission to care for and improve human life at our state-of-the-art facilities. Monitor patient health and progress post cardiac procedures. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and execute physician orders. Educate patients and families on heart health, recovery processes, and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within the unit. Expertise in cardiac care nursing Proficiency with electronic medical records Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN) preferred
