Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our
Pulmonary Stepdown unit to provide specialized care for patients
with severe or critical pulmonary conditions. This role involves
closely monitoring patients, providing appropriate care, and
supporting recovery while maintaining the highest standards of
safety and patient-centered practices in one of America’s leading
healthcare services providers. Provide detailed assessments of
pulmonary patients and establish care plans. Monitor patient vitals
and recovery progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate
patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
Strong clinical skills in a pulmonary care setting Ability to
operate complex medical equipment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using electronic health records
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification
from the American Heart Association Certified Critical Care Nurse
(CCRN) is advantageous
