Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure consistency. Administer medications and monitor side effects, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Strong clinical skills in a neuro medical surgery environment Excellent patient assessment capabilities Proficiency in the use of medical technologies and software systems relevant to neuro care Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) considered a plus
