Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites compassionate and dedicated nursing
professionals to join our Mother Baby unit as a Registered Nurse.
You will be at the forefront of providing nurturing care to mothers
and their newborns post-delivery. Our nurses are supported by
advanced medical facilities and a framework that supports their
continuous learning and professional development. As part of our
team, you will work in a dynamic environment dedicated to advancing
healthcare and improving patient outcomes. Provide continuous,
comprehensive care for mothers and their newborns in the postpartum
period. Educate and support mothers with breastfeeding, infant
care, and self-care post-delivery. Monitor the health conditions of
both mother and baby, responding to any complications. Collaborate
with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare
professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards for mother and baby care. Maintain accurate patient
records and prepare reports on patient status. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills High proficiency in patient and family
education Ability to manage stress and make quick decisions
Proficiency in using medical software and patient management
