Job Description:

a Psych Registered Nurse for the Adult West unit. This role focuses
on providing high-quality psychiatric care, supporting mental
health wellness, and facilitating recovery. As a dedicated
caregiver at HCA Healthcare, you will contribute directly to our
mission of improving human life by ensuring comprehensive patient
care in a supportive environment. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive
treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as
necessary. Provide emotional support and education to patients and
their families. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations
and maintain patient confidentiality. Strong psychiatric care
knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to handle stressful situations calmly Proficient in EHR systems
Empathy and resilience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in state of practice CPR certification Certification in
psychiatric-mental health nursing (RN-BC) preferred
