setting. Role Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care
for PCU patients with conditions such as CHF, dysrhythmias,
strokes, respiratory illnesses, diabetes, and more Manage clinical
duties including tracheostomy care, cardiac drips, blood product
administration, wound care, chest tubes, and central line
management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including CNA,
charge nurses, phlebotomists, respiratory therapists, hospitalists,
and intensivists Utilize EPIC EMR, Alariso IV pumps, Omnicello med
dispensing, and Phillips telemetry monitors efficiently Support
patient care while floating regionally as required within the scope
of practice Maintain compliance with required certifications and
protocols during all nursing shifts Qualifications & Desired
Experience: Registered Nurse licensure with current BLS, ACLS, and
NIHSS certifications Minimum of 18 months experience in Progressive
Care Unit or Stepdown nursing Proficient in cardiac rhythm
interpretation and advanced nursing skills listed above Ability to
work day shifts with weekend rotation every other week; holiday
work expectations with approved time off policies Schedule & Work
Environment: Day shift only with every other weekend rotation; no
on-call duties Family-oriented unit culture with navy scrub color

Considerations: Contract assignment with the possibility of
floating to nearby facilities within the region; travel time
between sites is compensated Work with a dedicated team providing
