Mammography Tech Location: Maryville, TN Agency: Acruex Health
Pay: $2,200 to $2,360 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $55.00 - $59.00/Hourly. Summary: A Mammography
Technologist performs specialized radiographic imaging procedures
of the breast to assist in the early detection and diagnosis of
breast diseases, including Breast Cancer . They ensure high-quality
imaging while maintaining patient comfort, safety, and
confidentiality. Responsibilities: ?Perform mammography procedures
in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain optimal breast
images. Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring proper
calibration and safety standards. Follow radiation safety
guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff. Review
images for clarity and accuracy before submission to radiologists.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Epic
experience Required, BLS Certification, ARRT (M) Certification,
