Job Description:

serve. As a Multi-Modality Technologist at our South Ashe Urgent
Care facility, you will play a crucial role by performing
diagnostic imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment
of patients. Using advanced imaging technology and following strict
safety protocols, you will ensure the highest quality of care. This
position requires versatility, as you will be operating various
imaging equipment including X-ray, CT, and MRI. Join us in our
mission to care for and improve human life, enhancing patient
outcomes through your expertise in medical imaging. Perform
diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, and MRI
according to physician orders and safety protocols. Ensure patient
comfort and safety during procedures, maintaining strict adherence
to radiation safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare team
members to evaluate the needs of the patient and to understand and
execute comprehensive care plans. Maintain imaging equipment in
good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or
inconsistencies. Record findings and keep detailed logs of
procedures, assisting with the analysis and distribution of
findings to relevant medical personnel. Provide patients with
explanations of procedures, responding to their concerns and
questions with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency in
operating X-ray, CT, MRI, and other diagnostic imaging equipment.
Strong understanding of imaging processing software and related
information system competencies. Excellent communication skills and
the ability to explain procedures to patients effectively. Critical
thinking abilities to interpret doctor's orders and technical
skills to alter imaging parameters appropriately. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required. Additional certification in
CT and MRI strongly preferred.
