Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in providing superior healthcare
services across nearly 2,000 sites of care, is seeking a dedicated
and skilled Multi-Modality Technologist to join our team at South
Ashe Urgent Care. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to
care for and improve human life by delivering prompt, precise
imaging services in a patient-centered environment. The
Multi-Modality Tech will operate radiologic equipment to produce
images of the body for diagnostic purposes and is expected to
uphold the highest standards of radiologic safety and patient care.
Operate and maintain all radiologic imaging equipment including,
but not limited to, X-Ray, MRI, and CT. Prepare patients for
procedures, explaining methodologies and positioning patients to
capture the appropriate images. Follow radiologic safety protocols
and guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety. Collaborate with
radiologists to evaluate images and determine necessity for
additional images. Assist in the administration of contrast media
and other substances under the direction of a physician. Maintain
records of diagnostic procedures as required by law, administrative
regulations, and hospital policy. Adapt imaging techniques to
improve diagnostic quality and reduce discomfort for patients.
Proficiency with multiple radiologic imaging modalities. Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent patient care
and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Collaborative teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and
registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT). Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
