Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Gaffney, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,930 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years experience preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis. License: Pending license accepted, must obtain prior to starting. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day. Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite. Attendance policy in place for travelers. Description: Position available in the Resource Pool. RN will be allocated but may float to other units if needed. RN will know their scheduled location in advance. Two on-call shifts or two additional shifts required every six weeks. Staff to patient ratio is 1:6. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend coverage is as needed. Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs. Must provide all requested time off with the initial submission. There are attendance expectations for the contract duration. Cardiac dysrhythmia test and moderate sedation test will be administered on the first day of orientation. Successful candidates will be required to complete a test upon placement. Recent experience with the charting system preferred. Previous travel experience is required. Unit may see various patient diagnoses including sepsis, post-operative care, and chest pain among others. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and more. Special equipment may include chest tubes and wound vacs. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
