Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Hickory, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,948 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS & ACLS Must-Have: Life Pak, Zoll, Masimo Description: Orientation occurs twice monthly. The facility has 355 beds and is home to specialized centers including a brain center, cancer center, heart center, lung center, and others. The emergency department has 32 beds, along with an inpatient rehabilitation unit and surgical suite. There is an adult behavioral health hospital on site. The telemetry unit has 24 beds with a patient ratio of 4:1. Equipment used includes Life Paks, Zoll, Masimo, and Cerner EHR. The patient population includes generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to the elderly. Candidates must be familiar with conditions such as chest pain, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, and pre- & post-care for cardiac catheterization. The unit emphasizes a family-oriented atmosphere. Experience with Cerner is preferred. Dress code allows any color scrubs. Candidates may need to occasionally float to different units.
