Mission Health, based in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Nocturnist Anesthesiologist to join our team Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina is excited to welcome a full- time, W2 anesthesiologist in a Nocturnist role working only night shifts. This position is a self-schedule one, offering a lot of flexibility with the shift time 5PM-8AM in-house. This is a care team model with CRNAs averaging a 1:3 ratio covering all types of cases other than cardiac. Qualified Candidates: • Will be board certified/ eligible; with the ability to be licensed in North Carolina • Can expect a mix of procedures in a very busy facility (50,000 cases annually) • Will experience an excellent team culture and a pleasant work environment in a team of 35 physicians and over 100 APPs that enjoy coming to work each day • Must have the ability to work in the US without restriction Incentive/Benefits Package: • Employed FT W2/salaried position with HCA Healthcare • Competitive salary and excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision and more • 10 weeks PTO annually • CME allowance • HCA employment includes a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including health, dental and vision.
