Job Description & Requirements Urology Hospitalist StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 7 on / 7 off Pay Rate: $ - $ A physician led employer invites board-certified or board-eligible urologists to join a hospital-based inpatient urology group in Las Cruces, New Mexico . This position offers a consistent 7-on/7-off model with the resources you need to stay focused on patient care, including dedicated advanced practice provider support at night, dependable operating room access, and a well-established inpatient consult workflow. You will perform a broad mix of urologic procedures, have the ability to utilize robotics if desired, and step into a setting designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden. This opportunity aligns well with physicians who value clinical autonomy, schedule predictability, and the ability to enjoy life against a backdrop of mountains, trail systems, and year-round sunshine.
