Customer Service (Remote work available but must be within 1 hr of
company location) Job Description: The Fall Intern 2022 Customer
Support agent role should be highly motivated, energetic and
organized. This individual is expected to effectively communicate
with customers via various channels such as phone, text, email,
chat, and social media. Looking for individuals who value customer
service, apply effort, and work well with others to achieve goals.
Customer Service Responsibilities Communicate with customers via
various channels such as phone, text, email, chat, and social while
achieving the expected number of contacts per hour. Respond to
customer's needs regarding existing orders. Recommend products and
provide suggestions for product personalization Resolve minor
customer concerns using company protocol and procedures Process and
resolve customer's returns within return policy guidelines Initiate
correspondence and follow-up with customers regarding order
fulfillment Reviewing existing orders for potential discrepancies
Ability to work within a team environment to achieve department
goals Handling various clerical tasks within the department Hours
of operations 9am - 10pm 7 days a week. Remote hours available.
Qualifications Should be in process of obtaining a Bachelor's
Degree Must be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
High organizational and problem solving skills Ability to work in a
fast paced environment Microsoft 365 preferred Outstanding written
and verbal communication skills Minimum 45 WPM typing score
Marleylilly Internship Guidelines & Expectations Here's some
helpful information about our Fall internships. We start accepting
fall internship applications as early as the Spring. This is early
because many of our prospective interns are already determining
their fall courses and/or many have fall internship requirements
for their degrees that must be locked-in before summer break. Our
selected Fall Interns are extended their offers in the spring (or
summer - depending on when you apply). The goal is for our Fall
Interns to begin working at Marleylilly in August/September so
there is time to train you before our busiest time of the year. Our
Fall interns are with us during our incredibly busy and exciting
Peak Season! 45% of our annual business is between October 1 -
December 31. This is not a sedentary internship where you will stay
behind a desk all day, everyday. We are a fast moving company - so
get ready to hustle! While you may be selected for one particular
internship, all of our team members pitch in wherever we are needed
so you may get to rotate through a variety of roles, based on
business needs. Typical total hours worked per week during your
internship will be approximately 20-40 hours per week depending on
your availability. Since it's Peak Season, you may be offered the
opportunity to work overtime and make some extra money. Common Fall
Intern working hours are 9AM-5PM from Monday - Friday, however, it
may differ by department depending on needs. Cell phone use should
be kept to a minimum. If you're hooked all day to your phone, this
isn't the internship for you! You will get out of this internship
what you put in! If you ask questions, offer to help
whenever/wherever needed, and work hard - you will have an
incredibly rewarding experience. You are going to work hard, learn
