We deliver products that are made fresh daily and use whole animal
butchery in order to ensure top quality meats. Our restaurants make
fresh pastas and breads in-house daily and utilize wood fire
cooking to create memorable meals. Indigo Road believes that our

within! As a Restaurant Manager, you set the tone for guest
experience during each and every shift and you know that your
team's energy directly impacts everyone who walks through the front
door. Indigo Road is looking for someone with a proven track record
of successful restaurant management. You're an exceptional leader
who knows how to drive the ship while also treating your team with
respect, but your organizational skills and attention to detail are
top notch as well. What we will ask of youConduct daily line ups at
least 30 minutes prior to beginning of service; Prepare the team
for service by briefing reservations for the evening, menu
specials, limited or 86'd menu items. Also use this time to
motivate and inspire the team!Ensure that each guest has an
exceptional experience dining with us.Deals and reports guest's
comments and complaints in a professional and timely
mannerRestaurant Human Resource Responsibilities: You'll be in
charge of Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Coaching, Counseling and
Disciplining Employees; Communication Expectations, Reviewing
Compensation Actions and Enforcing Policies and
Procedures.Restaurant Operations Responsibilities: You'll work with
the General Manager to support a wide range of operational
objectives, including Contribute to Strategic Plans; Upholding
Customer Service Standards, Preparing Action Plans; Determining
System Improvements; Completing Audits etc.Financial
Responsibilities: You'll support the General Manager in meeting
restaurant financial objectives by Forecasting; Preparing Annual
Budgets; Scheduling Expenditures; Analyzing Variances; Initiating
Corrective Actions; Handling Cash, Bank Deposits, Credit
Statements, etc. You will also work closely with our Finance Team
to inform of any overages or shortfalls in a timely fashion.Consult
with chefs to plan menus, estimate food costs and profits, and
adjust menus.Control costs by reviewing portion control and
quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality
of preparation.Uphold the regulations of the alcoholic beverage
commission and maintain bar profitability by ensuring portion
control and monitoring accuracy of charges.Restaurant Safety &
Security: You'll be responsible for establishing, following, and
enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; developing and
implementing disaster plans; maintaining security and sprinkler
systems; maintaining parking lot and walkways.Maintain restaurant
ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service,
glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement;
monitoring food presentation and service. Required Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:1+ year experience in restaurant
management.Background in service/front of house preferred.Budget
development and experience managing P&L.Able to manage a wide
variety of people in a very faced paced setting.Strong customer
service and communication skills.Must be available to work evenings
and weekends. Physical Requirements:Constant standing and
walkingOccasional stooping, kneeling or crawling.Occasional
pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.Occasional
ascending or descending ladders, stairs, rampsConstant receiving
detailed information through oral and written communicationConstant
