Job Description Job Description Banner Elk Cafe in Banner Elk, NC is looking for one barista to join our team at the Lodge Espresso Bar and Eatery we are a 79 person strong team. We are located in downtown Banner Elk. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Duties include light baking, and a passion for creating great coffee/espresso drinks. Must get along with others position may be crossed trained to serve. Lots of potential for growth. Seeking day and evening shifts 7am-3pm or 3-11pm 4-5 days including weekends. This position is also tipped so salary will fluctuate accordingly 10.00per hour is the minimum should average $15 per hour. Candidate should be friendly and professional. Interviews are usually set Monday, Tuesday and Friday's 9a-3pm. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to receiving your application.
