• Flexible Schedules AvailableWhat You'll Do::The Employment Support Professional (ESP) is responsible for implementing the day to day functions of the IPS-Supported Employment Team. The ESP will work collaboratively with clients and employers to develop and provide employment opportunities, psychiatric rehabilitation and vocational education services. Responsibilities include:
  • omplete Vocational assessments with clients to assess interests
  • Provide job coaching at employment sites
  • Assist clients in the creation of environmental support
  • Teach clients necessary skills for attempting to secure and retain employment.
  • Coach clients around identifying strengths in relation to living, current skills, learning ability, work history, and social skills.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and obtain individualized employment opportunities with clients
  • Assist with the job application process
  • Help clients build interview skills
  • Provide assistance and encouragement to Eligible Consumers to explore vocational goals, strengths, and problems. What We're Looking For::
    • Prefer a Bachelors Degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working with intellectually developmentally disabled persons, mental health, substance abuse, or;
    • a Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting and job placement,or;
    • an equivalent combination of education and experience.
