impact! Job Description We are currently seeking a Talent
Acquisition Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term position
with the possibility to extend. The successful applicant will
execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives to the
organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with workforce
plans and business strategy. This role partners closely with our
Project Manager to deliver recruitment to the project plan,
executing to recruitment best practices, and candidate experience
while promoting diversity, efficiency, and a strong employer brand
in a national and global scope. Here's what you'll be doing: Own
the end-to-end recruitment journey—from requisition to
onboarding—ensuring every step aligns with business goals and HR
best practices. You're the conductor of the hiring orchestra!
Champion high-quality, diverse hires by implementing creative
sourcing strategies that attract qualified candidates nationally
and globally. Diversity isn't just a goal; it's your mission. Get
hands-on with proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and your
ATS—find those hidden gems and bring them into the fold. Position
the organization as an employer of choice and craft an engaging,
respectful candidate journey from application to onboarding. Think
of yourself as the brand ambassador! Monitor and report on the
effectiveness of branding initiatives in recruitment and retention,
increase visibility and attractiveness as an employer, and share
approved branding materials regularly on LinkedIn to keep the buzz
going. Dive into recruitment data to uncover trends, boost
performance, and streamline processes for scalability and
effectiveness. Data is your friend—use it to drive smarter
decisions. Drive results: reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring
accuracy to build a stronger, more efficient team. Qualifications 3
years of recruiting experience in engineering, construction, and/or
project management Stellar communication and relationship-building
skills A can-do attitude and proven experience thriving in diverse,
complex business environments—bonus points if you've tackled
high-volume, niche, or international recruitment challenges Ready
to show up on site Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (we
