product planning and design? As the Network Security Administrator
at Sealevel Systems, you will lead the defense of the
organization's systems and data. You will be supported by an
experienced IT Team already engaged in improving and optimizing our
network and organizational technical knowledge. You'll coordinate
with team members across the organization to create better security
practices and innovate secured production capabilities to meet
customer requirements. If this sounds like the challenge you are

Responsibilities:Leads IT Team responsibilities for cyber security
compliances such as NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, DFARS, etc. Plans,
implements, and manages strategies and actions to achieve
compliances within timelines. Works with IT Team management and
other departments to coordinate IT Team's responsibilities of
compliances.Trains and develops IT staff's cybersecurity
competencies to integrate security practice into all IT Team
operations.Plans, implements, manages, monitors, and maintains
security measures for a proactive defense posture of the
organization's data, systems, and networks. Tests and identifies
system vulnerabilities. Manages vulnerability assessments such as
security audits, exploit scans, and "red team" penetration
testing.Participates in the change management system to achieve
these directives.Functions as a core member of an Incident Response
Team in the event of system / network breeches, managing response
threat ification, recovery, impact assessment, documentation,
systems remediation, and advising appropriate legal and disclosure
steps.Coordinates with IT Team leadership to develop cybersecurity
training and education content for organization workforce.Works
with product security engineers to share knowledge and expertise on
security strategies that could apply to product design. Leads
design, implementation, and management and scalability of
specialized secure zones of the organization's network per client
requirements for product development and production. Network
Engineer Responsibilities:Manages, monitors, maintains, and secures
organizational network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls,
routers, access points, etc.Manages, monitors, and optimizes
organization's defensive security systems such as antivirus /
antimalware suites, intrusion protection, application filtering and
management, ransomware prevention, etc. Advises improvements to
security system configuration and implementation, and works with IT
Team members to coordinate security system projects.Assists with
planning, implementation, management, and optimization of network
organizational structures such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS,
etc.Coordinates with IT Team members to create network segmentation
for security and performance concerns, via Physical and Virtual
Segmentation strategies.Assists in systems administration capacity
where needed in managing on-prem servers, Azure and Office 365
tenants, and other onsite and remote systems and resources.Works
with IT Team members to fully document systems and operations.

dedicated team. Required Experience:2 years minimum direct
experience in Cyber Security Administration role(s) for a robust
and diverse network - may be a non-leadership position2 years
minimum direct experience in Network Administration role(s) for a
robust and diverse network - may be a non-leadership position. May
be concurrent with above Cyber Security Administration experience.2
