ATTORNEY IN OUR KNOXVILLE TN OFFICE. Responsibilities: Meeting with
clients and assessing their financial situations; Court appearances
on behalf of the clients; Review of cases for accuracy and legal
viability; Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S.
Trustee; Research and draft pleadings; Communicate with courts,
trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to
represent the client well, Perform other related duties as assigned
? Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask Comfortable in handling
multiple responsibilities with multiple clients Deadline and
detail-oriented Previous bankruptcy experience and/or admission to
the Eastern or Middle District of TN preferred, but not required,
