At GXO Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing our warehouse operations and ensuring seamless supply chain execution. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the supervisor will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement, aligning with GXO's commitment to technology-driven, efficient logistics solutions. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Manage, train, and mentor warehouse staff while promoting a positive and productive work environment. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs through technology and process enhancements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and implementation of robust tracking systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of goods. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in warehouse management systems and database software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred Six Sigma certification is a plus
