Our client is seeking a 2nd & 3rd shift Supervisors to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the Operations supporting the Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Supervisor Location: Marion NC Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates during the mentioned shift. Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet operational demands. Maintain accurate shift records, including production output, attendance, and incident reports. Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently and effectively. Communicate with other shift leads and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus. Willingness to work overnight hours and maintain a consistent schedule. What's in it for me?
