Job Description Job Description Blender Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Blender Operator for a company based in Cowpens, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate blending equipment, accurately measure and mix raw materials, and ensure high quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay Rate $21.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM training will take place on 1st shift hours Blender Operator Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate blending machines to mix raw materials according to production specifications and safety guidelines. Monitor blending process to ensure proper mixing time, temperature, and consistency of materials. Adjust machine settings to control speed, timing, and other variables for optimal blend quality. Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly. Blender Operator Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, or chemical blending environment preferred. Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including counterbalance, reach, and pallet jack. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical strength and stamina lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
