experienced, people focused Director of Nursing to lead a 99 bed
skilled nursing facility in Saluda, North Carolina. This is a
stable, well run building with a strong census, minimal agency
usage, and supportive leadership. The previous DON resigned, and we
are looking for the right leader to step in, maintain momentum, and
help elevate the building’s reputation. This role is for a nursing
leader who wants to make a meaningful impact without inheriting
chaos. The building is stable. The team is established. The right
DON can elevate culture, outcomes, and reputation This role is
