the exceptional career opportunity of Property Owner's Association
(POA) Administrative Assistant. Qualified candidates will thrive in
a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing
superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
* Performs various office duties for the facility such as
filing, answering phones and taking messages, arranging Zoom and
conference calls, scheduling meetings, invoice coding, handling
information and contractor requests and other similar tasks with
very sound hospitality skills to assist as a Community concierge. *
Performs clerical duties for Landscaping & Security teams, and
taking minutes at POA Board meetings. * Works with the following
committees including Roads and Landscaping, Architectural Review,
etc. * Answers telephone and assists the Residents with information
facility. * Prepares summaries and reports.
Minimum Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
* High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1)
year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the
duties of the job. * Possesses computer skills, including, but not
limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. * Regular
and reliable attendance
