Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the Chief of Police and the Director of Facilities and Plant Operations as their duties relate to the function and mission of the Division of General Administration. Job duties include supporting the day-to-day operations of the Police Department and Facilities. Serves as the first point of contact for all matters related to the Police Department, Facilities, Grounds, Maintenance, Plant Operations, and Custodial and communicates necessary information to the appropriate staff in the department.
