Sentry Residential is currently seeking real estate broker's to join our rapidly growing brokerage.


Sentry is building a national brand focused on serving those who serve us. Sentry associate broker helps active-duty military members and veterans buy and sell homes while also serving other clients in the community. The Sentry brand is about honesty, loyalty, and integrity.


Associate Brokers enjoy direct access to the corporate executive team to fully support you in growing your business. Sentry offers an attractive company lead program, no required monthly fees, bi-weekly coaching based on the CORE principles (CORE coaching ordinarily costs $2,500/mo) training, marketing, technology, and transaction support (optional for brokers). Sentry is looking for associate brokers with a heart to serve those who serve us and are serious about growing their business.

Minimum Requirements:


Active Broker State license, currently doing a minimum amount of transactions per year, minimum of lifetime transactions, and a minimum of VA buyer transactions or willingness to take a class.

Prefer military veteran but absolutely not required
