Job DescriptionBlue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Biller
to be part of our Patient Financial Services Team.The Biller will
perform all duties necessary to file claims from across the
company, monitor those claims, and collect on the claims with the
appropriate insurer or party.About Blue Ridge HealthBlue Ridge

counties.Responsibilities:Bill claims with the appropriate
insurer.Monitor and correct unpaid claims. Post insurer payments in
the E.H.R system.Post electronic payments for the Pharmacy
Department.Support other PFS areas and functions as
needed.Description of Primary Attributes:Must be well-organized and
attentive to details.Must be able to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with coworkers, clinic staff,
payers and patients.Maintain professionalism at all timesExcellent
customer service skillsAbility to multitask efficientlyProfessional
and Technical Knowledge:High School Diploma or
equivalentFamiliarity with utilizing Microsoft office products
(i.e. word, excel)Familiarity with utilizing multi-line phone
systems, copier, scanner, fax and other office
equipment.Familiarity with Medical Terminology and CPT-10 coding.
CPT-10 certification preferred.Physical Demands:While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to,
stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a
standard office equipment.Specific vision abilities required by
this job include close vision requirements due to computer
work.Light to moderate lifting is required up to 50lbs.Moderate
noise level typical to an office environment.Employee may be
required to sit for extended periods of time.Regular, predictable
attendance is required as business demands dictates.Blue Ridge
