FUNCTION:The position involves empowering individuals with
disabilities to make their own choices and to lead self-directed
lives, providing the support necessary for individuals to develop
the skills to find and maintain employment, and assisting
individuals in creating connections and sustaining relationships in
the communities in which they live.Assist in a variety of daily
activities such as personal grooming, cooking, cleaning, laundry,
grocery shopping, facilitating community activities and outings, as
well as providing companionship and supportive listening.Benefits:

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age and able to read and write
effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a valid
driver's license and acceptable driving record throughout
employment with SSTN.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED to work in the ECF
program
- Must pass a drug test
- Must meet state and local requirements regarding criminal
background check, sexual offender check, abuse registry, and felony
offender list. Must meet all training requirements and keep
training current.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting in the assistance of
service recipients with personal care, if applicable.
- Must have some computer knowledge.Support Solutions is an Equal
