Essential Functions Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide excellent customer service Set up & stock food service stations Prepare and cook food to order Follow recipes and presentation guidelines Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations Follow & promote all company policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, and equipment Verify orders for accuracy Process customer transactions Assist with inventory and light maintenance Basic Qualifications & Physical Requirements 14+ years of age Outgoing and friendly demeanor Ability to operate a touch-screen monitor and cash register Accurately count money and make change Communicate effectively in English (hear, speak, read, & write) Read and follow a series of instructions Safely lift 55 lbs. and carry short distances Stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours Climb a stepstool, reach with arms, grasp with hands, bend, and kneel Withstand cold temperatures for short periods, such as when stocking freezers Count and weigh product; calculate basic math Use hands bilaterally and unilaterally for daily tasks Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must pass pre-employment drug screening This is a Drug Free Workplace.
