Description: Eliada Homes, Inc. is seeking a Respite Team Lead
to work directly with the youth and staff within our respite
program on our beautiful 300+ campus in Asheville. $1,000 SIGN ON
BONUS FOR SELECTED APPLICANTS! Under the direction of the Respite
Director, the Respite Team Lead provides supportive management and
supervision of their assigned program. Ensures staffing ratios will
be in compliance with current licensure and administrative rules
for the specified level of care. This position is predominately
evening and weekend hours. Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the Respite Director with programmatic oversight and
leadership. Works collaboratively with the Respite Director to
ensure services are delivered to eligible children within the
program service definition. Will assist with referral and intake
process. Will provide shift supervision of direct care staff.
- Provide supervision to direct care staff in the delivery of
services, crisis management, implementation of the program
environment/activities. Includes formal and informal staff
supervision, staff/cottage observation and feedback, and student
specific meetings.
- Participates in the training, professional development,
evaluation, discipline and discharge of residential staff assigned
to unit(s). Includes assistance with the management of staffing
schedules, overtime and leave time within agency standards.
- Ensures all required agency and program documentation is
completed and maintained within agency, licensure, accreditation,
and other standards in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support and assist Respite Director to ensure the management
and maintenance of the cottage facility within agency standards to
provide a healthy, safe and therapeutic environment for students.

High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree from an
