Vacation Property Caretaker (Asheville)compensation: 20.00 employment type: part-time can work full time, We work around your school schedule and hours requested.job title: Property cleaner/caretakerPart time Vacation rental Caretakers (2 positions available). Join our team to assist taking care of 4 large vacation rentals in and around Asheville. This is a year round job.Summary: Caretakers will be responsible for ALL cleaning, yard work and some maintenance of large 3 to 5 bedroom, 3 bath homes.This job can be performed during children's school hours, or around College class schedules with exception of most Sundays between 11am and 3 pm.Essential functions:*Clean and restock home between 11am and 3 pm each time a vacationer checks out.* This usually requires 3 Sundays a month from 11am to 3 pm*Deep clean home and touch up paint on weekdays not rented.*Maintain lawns, driveways, flower beds, potted plants, hot tubs, water falls, or pools.*arrange seasonal decorations.*Communicate needs of the home to supervisor.Qualifications:*Valid drivers license*NON SMOKER OR VAPE*pass background check*Dependable job history*proficient or comfortable learning proper use of lawn equipment, painting supplies and pool chemicals.*Strong organizational skills and communication skillsPhysical and Mental demands:*requires prolonged periods of walking, bending and twisting*must be able to lift 50 lbs.*must be comfortable meeting time demands on same day rentals.*must be willing to participate in both the indoor and outdoor jobs.Required
