Youth Mentors (Night Shift) work directly with children and adolescents who live on Eliada's campus. Residential Direct Support Professionals supervise, engage, and assist our young people in a supportive, collaborative, and therapeutic environment. Night Shift Direct Support Providers will remain awake throughout the night to ensure overnight supervision is maintained and ensure supervision does not lapse due to a teammate falling asleep.
